1932 AND 1934 FORD CHASSIS

This new chassis has the same plan dimensions as an original one but the side elevation has been changed to suit the modern trends in Hot Rodding. The kick-up over the diff has been raised 40mm so the car can be lowed to the ground. The section behind the diff has also been raised to make mountain the boady easier and stronger. Front rails can be raised if required so the spring won’t hit them when using a beam axle with the car set down low. Side rails are made from 3mm plate steel and are boxed the full length with fish plates welded over joins. Plates are welded inside the rails for mountin the body onto the chassis. Gussets are welded on the inside of the outer rail to strengthen the point where the running board brackets are welded on.

We can alter any parts of the chassis to suit your requirements.
